Greetings from Las Cruces, New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment.
My name is John Mitchener. This VR was taken at the appointed hour in the plaza of the neighboring village of Mesilla. This town boasts a long history in the old West and counts among its visitors such notable folks as William Bonney aka Billy the Kid and Sheriff Pat Garrett. The village now has interesting contrasts in that there are many old time residents as well as modern art galleries and tourist facilities.
I shot the pano with a handheld Kodak DC50. (Am I the only one crazy enough to do this handheld?) Stitching was done with the fabulous Apple Quicktime VR Authoring Studio. Great tools!
